The heart of this design is the conical shaped tube sheet coupled with rounded rectangular fire tubes which allow for even heat transfer at all levels of the heat exchanger.

Flexcore’s counter flow design insures the coolest water is entering opposite of the down fired burner, optimizing efficiency in low temp condensing applications and its unique heat exchanger design virtually eliminates the stresses often seen in competitive models with expansion and contraction of the heat exchanger.

FlexCore boasts a 96.8% (model 3000 MBH) thermal efficiency rating by AHRI with 5:1 combustion turndown on individual units.
